Who We See

Child and Adolescent Therapy is designed to help young people develop greater understanding of their life experience, and offer them support and skills in negotiating developmental challenges. Child and adolescent services are provided in collaboration with responsible adults in the young person’s life.

Individual Therapy is offered for those who will benefit from regularly scheduled one-to-one sessions. A therapist will work with you to relieve symptoms, to understand how you uniquely function, to learn more successful coping skills, and to develop a stronger and more confident sense of self.

Couple Therapy is a means by which couples can learn to identify, communicate about and resolve conflicted areas of relating. In some cases, homework will assist the couple in practicing helpful relational skills. In most cases, couple work is done with both partners present with a therapist.

Family Therapy is suitable for families to learn about how the many interactions in the family affect the individuals in the family and the family as a whole. Systems theory of family interaction is often used to assist families to change patterns of relating and free them to be closer and more successful in experiencing satisfaction and attaining goals.
