Rachel is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who works with adults, couples, children, and families. She uses a collaborative, solution-oriented approach to help clients with family conflict, trauma recovery, mood disorders, anxiety, and parenting skills. She is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which is an effective tool to resolve trauma, anxiety and other upsetting life events. Clients find Rachel approachable, supportive, and practical. She draws on 18 years of experience providing family and individual counseling, addressing vocational issues, and working on in-patient psychiatric units.

Rachel has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire and a Masters in Social Work from the University of New England.
